• kWh Option: Specify exact kilowatt-hours needed
• USD Option: Set a dollar amount for charging

The payment screen shows:

• Cryptocurrency Amount - How much crypto you’re sending
• Network Fee - Blockchain transaction fee
• Vares Fee - Our platform fee (1% standard)
• Total Cost - Complete amount in both crypto and USD
• Exchange Rate - Current crypto-to-USD conversion

Before approving, verify:

Transaction Status

Your transaction is being processed:

• Wallet is awaiting your approval

Troubleshooting Payments

Payment Rejected

Insufficient balance

• Check your wallet balance in the app
• Ensure you have enough for the charge + fees
• Add more cryptocurrency to your wallet

Transaction timeout

• Network may be congested
• Try again in a few moments
• Consider using Solana for faster transactions

Wrong amount charged

• Check the receipt for actual amount
• Verify the exchange rate was correct
• Contact support if there’s a discrepancy

Charging Won’t Start

Payment confirmed but charging not starting

• Wait 30 seconds for the system to sync
• Unplug and replug your vehicle
• Restart the Vares app
• Contact support if issue persists

Vehicle compatibility issue

• Ensure your vehicle is Tesla-compatible
• Check that the charging cable is properly connected
• Verify the station is operational

Viewing Your Receipt

1. Open Vares app
2. Tap “Account” tab
3. Tap “Transaction History”
4. Select the transaction
5. Tap “View Receipt”

Each receipt includes:

• Transaction ID
• Date and time
• Station location
• Amount charged (kWh)
• Cryptocurrency used
• Amount paid
• Network fee
